John Hitt Serves as Faculty Member For MassBar Association Training on Administrative Law

Boston — John Hitt served as a panelist for the MassBar Association’s Training for c. 30A Cases in Middlesex Superior Court, which was held on December 15, 2020 via Zoom.  Other panelists included Chief Justice Judith Fabricant, Hon. Kenneth Salinger, Hon. Valerie Yarashus, David Kerrigan, Esq., and Julie Green, AAG.

The panel was the kick-off event for a major pro bono initiative of the Massachusetts Superior Court and the Massachusetts Bar Association to assist pro se litigants impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The project is one of the key initiatives of the COVID-19 Task Force of the Access to Justice Commission.  More than 70 attorneys attended the two-hour training.
